refund policy

Confident Med Spa’s policy on refunds is as follows;

Products:
Only in the case of a client having a reaction to a product can it be returned for credit on the client’s account. Unopened/unused products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase WITH THE APPROVAL FROM THE PRACTICE MANAGER. Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned. No cash, check or card refunds are given on opened or used products.

Services:
On single treatments, no refunds are given on services that have been rendered. On treatment packages, refunds are only given for extenuating circum- stances and then the refund is prorated and remainder placed on credit. Service refunds will be issued if medical contraindication is identified in the value of credit to account.

All refunds regardless of products or services are subject to manager review.
